This narrow web inspection winder is designed so that the operator can sit in front of the inspection table reducing operator fatigue.


The Mutt
The Mutt is an inspection winder with slitting capability. It has been designed to allow an operator to inspect the web and perform any splicing operations necessary from the workstation. The unit is designed to accept score, shear, or razor slitting, and it can be supplied with a center driven single or multi position winding station. The Mutt will handle web widths to 30", is fully cantilevered, and is supplied with tension control and edge guiding.

Ergonomic design allows the operator both comfort and easy access to fully control the machine from the workstation.
